Use the following steps to create a group in Blackboard and enable or disable the group file exchange function.

   
1)

Click the control panel.

2)

From the user management area, click "Manage Groups".

3)

Click "Add Group".

4)

Enter group name in field provided.

5)

Enter instructions/descriptions in descriptions field.

6)

In group options area, click enable (or if already checked click to disable) group file exchange function.

7)

Click submit to finish and click ok to clear receipt screen.
