Currently Betty is in development and not yet ready for public release. If you are really excited and interested, you can snoop around. But do not expect to chat with Betty yet. Chatting with Betty is currently reserved for our beta-testers.

YakFactory.com was originally called BlackBoardBot.com. BlackBoard contacted us, and although they have no problem with Betty supporting BlackBoard users, they kindly asked us to remove the word "BlackBoard" from our original URL which was BlackBoardBot.com. Betty still provides the same excellent service, but without the word BlackBoard in the URL.
Betty has many different looks. Betty can be totally customized for each school. Gender, skin color, age, hair style, specie, etc. what ever. Some schools may even choose to bring the school mascot to life. No matter what the look is, you still get the intelligent BlackBoard tech support. See some different personas, we call them siblings.
